The SteamPlant Theater is a venue for fine music performances,
stage productions, movie screenings, lectures and conferences.

Theater Lobby & Art Gallery
Accommodates 100

The Lobby and Art Gallery provide the right ambience for smaller
receptions and get-togethers.

Ballroom/Exhibit Hall
Accommodates 335, 17888+500 sq ft.
The main hall and mezzanine provide an open and flexible space
to accommodate every type of event from a wedding or gala -
complete with fine dining, oak dance floor and a band or DJ - to a

Catering

Approved Caterers list. The SteamPlant Management wants to
give you the opportunity to make your Celebration very special.
You may choose your favorite caterer from our approved Vendor
list. We are happy to assist you with more information about
these pre-selected vendors. If you wish to use a catering
company, which has not been listed with the SteamPlant Theater
and Event Center, just provide the information to one of our
Event Coordinators.

Caterers are charged 10 % of their gross revenues to cater in the
SteamPlant. This is for use of the kitchen, kitchen equipment and
cleanup associated with the food preparation for the event.
Caterers normally add the 10 % to your bill to cover this cost.
The SteamPlant provides the caterer equipment that they
normally have to rent thus lowering their expense and yours.

The SteamPlant allows you to bring in your own food to help
celebrate your private event as you wish. A SteamPlant
Event Coordinator can assist you with the necessary information.

Beverage Service

The SteamPlant provides all alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. We offer staff and full bar service or only the drinks you choose for your event. Feel free to request more information
regarding our beverage services.
